Want a piece of the pie?
The Network Marketing and Direct Sales profession hit a record in 2012 achieving $167 BILLION in global sales. Network Marketing is BIG business! Roughly $65 Billion (40% of the $167 Billion), was paid directly to distributors via commissions. That's $5.5 billion a month, or $185 million a day!
In 2016, that number rose to $182 billion.
There are an estimated 100 million Network Marketers spending £50 to £100 a month or equivalent. That's great news for some, however many do not make any money. Indeed, some say between 70% and 99% of all Distributors fail to earn any money.
That's an awful lot of time and money that is being wasted and no wonder there is resentment in the market.
It's time to make network marketing work for you and to do that means that we need to stop wasting our time and money and instead do things that have profitable outcomes. Why perpetuate obvious failure?
Conservatively, low end revenue that 70% of 100 million people generate equates to £50 per month * 70 million. Put another way that's £50 * 12 = £600 * 70 million = £42 billion of cash wasted, which is a very conservative number. (Remember what Procurement does, it helps companies spend their money better). Isn't that what 'Distributors' need to do?
It's obvious, the only way that you are going to make any money is to generate revenue from downline sales and retail sales which then qualify you for commission and progress through the ranks to higher levels of income.
We need to spend our money in a better way, one that precludes qualification and income generation. This is the opportunity that almost everyone is oblivious of.
At the end of the day, we think more of how to advertise our chosen opportunity, (competing with millions of others, when we don't have the know-how, time or advertising budget); than we do about ensuring we spend our money on product and marketing more effectively and efficiently in the first place, one that gives us a higher chance of sponsoring others for the long term and which offers our downline the same opportunity.
It is utter madness to think that network marketing can continue to operate in the way it does today unless the Industry itself fundamentally changes its operating model.
We all have a choice, continue as is, or look for alternative ways to make network marketing work for us and the people we bring in to the Industry.
